Track every application, interview and next step in one place.
Add a job, drag it across the pipeline as employers respond, put interviews and response dates on the calendar, and watch your response, interview and offer rates update live. Everything already in the tracker and calendar is a fictional example. Delete it when you're ready to add your own.

New to this template? These seven steps take about five minutes. Your tracker, analytics and calendar are just below them.
Select Duplicate (top right of the template page) and choose your workspace. Everything, including the tracker, the calendar and all their views, copies with it. Work in your copy, not the original.
Open All Applications, hover over a row, select the ⋮⋮ handle on its left, and choose Delete. Do the same in the calendar's Upcoming Events view (or Overdue, once their dates have passed). Every example starts with SAMPLE and uses a fictional company. The example events are dated October 2026; use the arrows on the Monthly Calendar to find them.
Select New in any Applications view and fill in:
Open the application to see everything in one place: details, documents, linked calendar events and Notes. Short notes go in the Notes field; the space below it is a full page for longer notes, interview prep and contacts.
When an employer responds, drag the card to its new column on the Pipeline Board (or change Status in any table). Update Next Step at the same time so you always know what to do next. Moving a card updates it everywhere.
If an employer replies but the job stays open (for example, a recruiter email), open the application and tick Heard Back.
When a job ends, move it to Closed and pick a Closed Outcome: No response, Rejected before or after interview, Withdrew before or after interview, Withdrew after offer, Offer declined or Offer accepted. This keeps your interview and offer history in Search Analytics after the card leaves the active pipeline. Dragging a card to Closed doesn't ask for an outcome, so open the card and pick one, or check the Needs Outcome tab. Closed cards on the board show their outcome so you can spot any that are missing.
